1. Introduction and Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the “T&C”) form a legally enforceable agreement between you (the “Player”, “User”) and JQK Malaysia (the “Company”, “we”, “us”) By creating an account, entering the website or using our gaming services, you confirm that you have read, understood and fully agree to be bound by these T&C, our Privacy Policy and General Promotional Terms.

2. Eligibility and Registration of Account

• The Company shall not be responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of profits or data loss resulting from your use or inability to use the website or to participate in the games.

8. Law Governing and Amendments

• These T&C shall be governed by and construed in line with the laws of our licensing jurisdiction.
• JQK Malaysia maintains the right to revise, modify or update these T&C at our own discretion. You are responsible for checking these terms from time to time. If you continue to use the website after any modification, you accept the new T&C.
